The offices of Anderson and Rankin are located approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Nashville in the suburb of Brentwood, Tennessee. The office address is 155 Franklin Road, Suite 120 in the Ramparts Building at the corner of Franklin Road and Maryland Way.

From Downtown Nashville
From downtown Nashville, drive south on I-65 towards Huntsville and Birmingham. Approximately 12 miles south of Nashville, exit at Brentwood/Old Hickory Boulevard West exit. Turn left at the large intersection on to Franklin Road. Proceed on Franklin Road through the first light and just past the Shell station on the right is the entrance to the Ramparts Building. Suite 120 has a separate outside entrance just to the left of the main building entrance. You can park in the spaces reserved for Suite 120.

From Nashville International Airport
From the airport, take I-40 west to I-440; take I-440 West toward Memphis to junction with I-65. Take I-65 South toward Huntsville and Birmingham. Exit I-65 at Brentwood/Old Hickory Boulevard West exit. Turn left at the large intersection on to Franklin Road. Proceed on Franklin Road through the first light and just past the Shell station on the right is the entrance to the Ramparts Building. Suite 120 has a separate outside entrance just to the left of the main building entrance. You can park in the spaces reserved for Suite 120.

From Nashville via Hillsboro Road Drive South on Hillsboro Road to Old Hickory Boulevard. Turn left at Old Hickory and proceed east on Old Hickory Boulevard to Franklin Road. Turn right on Franklin Road. Proceed on Franklin Road through the first light and just past the Shell station on the right is the entrance to the Ramparts Building. Suite 120 has a separate outside entrance just to the left of the main building entrance. You can park in the spaces reserved for Suite 120.

From Franklin via Franklin Road
Proceed north on Franklin Road to the traffic light at Maryland Way. Turn left on Maryland Way. The Ramparts Building is to your right behind the wavy concrete wall. Go to the end of the wavy wall and turn right into the parking lot and immediately right to the front of the building. Suite 120 has reserved parking spaces at its outside entrance.
